Do I need a website to use Cadre?
No. Your Cadre URL works as a standalone careers page — share it anywhere. If you do have a website, just link your “Apply” button to it. There's nothing to install.
How fast can we go live?
Minutes. Sign up, pick your agency's web address, and your application page and admin dashboard are live immediately. Most agencies post their first opening the same day.
Is our data separated from other agencies?
Yes. Every agency's data is isolated at the database level with row-level security. Your staff, applicants, and documents are visible to your team only.
How does the 30-day pilot work?
You get the full platform on your own URL for 30 days — real applicants, real onboarding, no feature limits. Subscribe inside your dashboard to continue; if you don't, your account pauses. Your data stays safe and exportable — we never delete records for non-payment.
Does Cadre replace our payroll system?
No — it feeds it. Cadre collects everything payroll needs (W-4, direct deposit, I-9) and exports a clean CSV for Paychex and similar providers.
We're not in Pennsylvania. Can we still use Cadre?
